Cellular setup in J&K

Indian Army is setting up mobile communication infrastructure in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. This is for the first time that a mobile cellular system is being installed in the state. It would help military in counter operations in the state taken with insurgency. The military has code named the project as 'Mercury blaze' and the system would replace old setup of wireless communications.
