Using land line number for mobile

How would you think of the mobile service which lets you use your fixed land line phone number? Great, isn't it. This is what Vodafone Italy was advertising to provide to its customer. Although the service sounds great but Vodafone has been asked by Italian court to stop the advertising. This was done on the complaint launched by Telecom Italia who provides fixed telephone line services and they claim they have still not got into any such agreement with Vodafone.
