Foruth UMTS licence in France

Arcep, which is the regulatory authority for mobile telecommunications in France is going to float the proposal of launching a fourth license for UMTS in the country.

There are many players who would be vying for the license in the growing mobile market in the country and the world. The license would be up for grabs for the fee of 619 million Euors and would affect the competition in a healthy manner.
