Mobile phone connectivity figures in HP

According to a report, the mobile phone connectivity has reached 16-17% penetration in the state of Himachal pradesh in India. There were around 11,21,431 connections for the total population of 62,00,000 in the state.

Going by these statistics, every sixth person in the state now has a mobile connection which is pretty high for a majorly mountainous state.
