Tanla teams up with Skype

A company called Tanla Mobile has teamed up with Skype. Tanla is a provider of SMS, MMS, WAP and 3G services in India and the UK markets.

After this association with Skype, the users who own credits from Skype would be able to send the SMS'es [text messages] to their family and friends' mobile phones from their computers. The great thing about this is that the messages could be send even when they are offline or on move.
