Users can unlock their mobiles now

Although it is not a big news for the Indian market because there are no such services available in here but in US a latest ruling has been issued by the Copyright office which states that using unlocking codes to break free from the network carrier that you have currently subscribed to is no more prohibitive.

This would surely come as respite to those users who have been unduly harrassed by the mobile network companies to stick with their plans even when unsuited for individual requirements.
