Change in Chinese mobile billing model

It could be a great boost to an already very strong Chinese mobile telecom industry when from next month onwards only the callers would be billed and not the call-receivers. Ministry of Information, which is the telecom regulator in China has been cited to the change that might be implemented as early as next year.
