Clicking and uploading the pictures for Orange subscribers

It seems that if you provide the users with imaging capabilities on the mobile phone and if they do not have the platform to publish them for the public, it isn't very exciting arrangement. But if the users can publish pictures that they click as soon as they click them, it seems that it has all the ingredients to become a very popular potion.

Software name Pixota create by NewBay technologies for the subscribers of Orange in Ireland has proved just that. The subscribers has uploaded up to 1 million photographs in just five months, enabled by a single click upload, since the time the service has been launched. The users can upload multiple pictures and the upload is don through HTTP which helps in retaining the size of the pictures.
