Illicit content download by school students

A video tutorial which demonstrates how to roll a perfect joint has been removed from a British Intraweb site after it was estimated that more than 5000 student have downloaded it. It is a disturbing trend. A website Tocmag.com where the users can create online magazines for download on mobiles removed the magazine after receiving a complaint from a school teacher.
