Nokia training retailers of its high-end phone models

Does it happen with you that you go to a shop and ask for the features of a new mobile device with its business applications in mind and the floor assistant is not aware about the specs? Many such cases happen and more often than not, we are at loss and maybe even make incorrect buys due to incomplete or wrong information.

This is happening with the new E-series business phones that Nokia has launched in the country. Retailers are not able to explain the real capabilities of the phones to prospective buyers which is why Nokia is now planning to train the retailers. They have outsourced the training program to a company in Bangalore which will train retailers all over the country.
