SMS can lead you to 2 years in jail

If you derive fun in sending stupid SMS [which might sound threatening or menacing] to people you do not know then you have to stop and think about it now. With the amendment in Information Technology Act, 2006, any transmission in the form of text or audio or video which is offensive can lead to a jail term of 2 years.
