Samsung has developed an 8 GB memory chip

Samsung has built a new flash memory with the 8 GB capacity for the mobile phones or portable devices which is equivalent to a high-capacity DVD. It means that the users can store upto 2000 songs in the memory. Samsung claims it to be the highest-capacity embedded flash memory device developed so far.
