Delhi has more number of vehicals that Calcutta, Mumbai and Chennai combined.

This principle seems to hold true in case of Cellular subscribers as well.

There are 25 Lacs Airtel and 20 Lacs Hutch subscribers in Delhi and there are 15 Lacs Airtel and 22 acs Hutch subscribers in Mumbai and there are overall around 8 Lacs less subscribers in Mumbai than Delhi.
