More and more people talking on mobiles while driving

A news report published by BBC UK has reported about a survey that claimed that mere 1.1 percent of the those people who admit to talking on the mobile phone have admitted to be caught by the traffic controllers.

This indeed is a disturbing trend. This should be discouraged. I think hands-free is again a viable alternative solution.
