World's fastest and smallest DRAM till date

In the continued pursuit to develop slimmer, more compact and still capable to handle high processing power intensive application, Hynix has announced that they have developed world's fastest DRAM, which they claim is the smallest too, for mobiles. The 512 Mbit DRAM has speed of 200 MHz and would be a lot helpful in the development of much powerful and still smaller mobile devices.
