Roaming rental charges dropped in Africa

Collectively Kenya's Safaricom, South African MTN, which operates in Uganda, and Tanzania's Vodacom, which reportedly have around 10 million subscribes have decided to not charge roaming rentals from their subscribers to boost the usage.

I wish this happens everywhere in the world and there are nothing called national or international roaming charges.
