iambic, Inc. which develops utility software Windows mobile phone that include Smartphones and Pocket PC has launched an upgraded version of its Health & Diet management software which keeps track of blood-pressure, pulse, sleeping hours, consumption and expenditure of calories thus creating an action plan for exercises and dieting.

The latest version of the Health & Diet Manager is prices at around $19.95 although the upgrade for old customers is free.
