IBM in deal with Idea Cellular, India

In a new deal to to improve process and provide technology backups which includes credit collection and billing along with fraud control and subscriber management, IBM has hit it with Idea Cellular, one of the major mobile operators in India - owned by Aditya Birla group. The deal which is speculated to be valued around $800 million would be carried out in the span of next 10 years.
