Mobile bill payments for users in Belgium

With the help of an application called m-banxafe, users can now make payments for their bills. The application is supported by three operators namely Base, Mobistar and Proximus. The customers who want to make a mobile payment need to have a Belgian bank account, the application on their mobile phone and a secret code which they use when they receive an invoice to their mobile phone.
