What do you do when you are watching an intense dramatic dialogue-intensive movie and someone mobile phone rings? Or you are inside an hospital and someone is talking on mobile or in a classroom?

There are many people who do not really think about others when talking on mobile phone in public. A very old theater in Russia is installing devices to jam mobile signals inside the theater to deter irresponsible mobile users.

Could it be the future of mobiles in all public places?
