There are two software solution these days which I feel have a mass market. One is a blogging platform that people can install on their domain name spaces and second is shopping cart software which anyone, who is looking to set up a shop online, would need. There are host of solutions that are available around. And they all claim to provide the best of features for least price.

Although there are some good free software available in the market too but good support is as important as a good software. And that generally is not available with free software.
