My friend is going to Australia, yay!

There is a lot of resource for travelers on internet these days but this lot has become a hindrance too because many times you still have to go for word of mouth. Biggest hindrance being the lack of good search results on internet. The other day a friend of mine was telling me that he is visiting Australia and he was unhappy about his company administration not helping him out with the hotel bookings and all. And his this being his first trip to Australia, he was not sure about the general pricing of the hotels. And another thing that was bothering him was that he had to visit multiple number of cities, starting from Sydney, which was making zeroing on the hotels a cumbersome process as cost of living in each city is different. And the friend was in no mood to splurge. So while we were browsing the sites of touristy interest in and around Sydney on internet such as Sydney Opera House, The Rocks and the beaches, we stumbled upon a rather interesting hotel booking website.

Just when we were wondering we got a tip which made our hotel hunting in Australia a rather easy process. This site had a good number of hotels to choose from which we cross-checked by sending an email to a particular hotel in Brisbane which was offering a little higher price from what this site was offering. And thus after this random cross check we decided to go with this website which was offering other attractive deals which had freebie bundled with the stay packages in cities such as Sydney, Perth and Melbourne.

It is good to have such websites in the you knowledge base as they provide you some good deals like it did us on different cities in a new country about which we had little information. And that too on short notice.
