Healthy food habits

What do you think is the healthy food? Or, do you think that what is healthy is not tasty and what is not tasty must not be healthy? It is very important that we are able to keep our craving for the unhealthy junk food away. Abstinence is not a great tool and the best way to fight it is looking for the second best healthy option. I thing the non-sweetened sugar is one of those food stuffs which have replaced the unhealthy [not for everyone though] food quite efficiently.

These days more and more food stuffs are coming into the market which offer the patients as well as those healthy people a great option to switch to a healthy diet and routine. These food stuffs offer great tastes without discounting the health benefits that they offer.
