Chinese mobile subscriptions in Nov 06

Ad mist the reports of Indian mobile subscriptions taking over the Chinese numbers, I wonder if that would ever be the case. In just one month alone there have been more than 6 million new subscriptions in China as reported by China's Ministry of Information Industry (MII).
